2020 Family Festival and Grand Raffle News

Dear Saint Mary School and Parish Families:

As we prepare for this coming Fall and the re-opening of our schools, we write to you today to share that the 2020 St. Mary’s Family Festival has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  As you know, the purpose of the annual Family Festival is to provide a fun-filled weekend for our school, parish and local community while, at the same time, raising funds for our parish school and religious education programs.     

This beloved community event consistently draws thousands of children and adults each year and will certainly be missed. The parking lot will seem so empty this September, but we recognize that these are unprecedented times and hope to resume normal activity in 2021.  As the financial needs of the school and parish still remain, we have decided to hold the Grand Raffle this year.

We are reducing the number of tickets to be sold this year to 600 and increasing the number of prize winners to five (5). We are hoping the increased odds of winning will encourage participation. We will be mailing out our usual grand raffle flyer in the upcoming weeks. Online purchasing of tickets will be available through the parish website and Facebook pages.

If you are interested in supporting St. Mary’s this year, we invite and encourage you to purchase a Grand Raffle ticket.  We also welcome your donation, which is tax deductible, and greatly appreciate your support.  Our tax ID is 04-2232417. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
