Happy Birthday, Mary Layden!

We extend our prayers, blessings, good wishes and congratulations to Mary Layden who is celebrating her 100th Birthday today. Mary is the oldest life-long member of St. Mary’s Parish. She was baptized shortly after her birth in St. Theresa’s Chapel on Main Street (now Innovate Dental). She celebrated her First Communion and Confirmation in the first St. Mary’s Church, built in 1922 on Summer Street, and has faithfully attended Mass the past 59 years in the “new” St. Mary’s Church. Let us pray together with Mary today that the Lord will continue to bless her long, good and faithful life!!
