Welcome Fr. Steve!

WELCOME FR. STEPHEN MULLANEY

Fr. Stephen Mullaney was one of two priests ordained for the Diocese of Worcester on June 1st and was recently assigned to succeed Fr. Jose as the next Associate Pastor of St. Mary's Parish. We will welcome him to St. Mary's on July 1 and look forward to sharing in his first years of priestly ministry. Fr. Steve is a native of Leominster, MA and a lifetime member of St. Leo's Parish. He graduated from Pope St. John XXIII Seminary in Weston, MA this May after completing his four years of theology and priestly formation. He spent last summer and weekends this past year at St. Rose of Lima in Northborough. Before entering the seminary, Fr. Steve served as a registered professional civil engineer at David Ross Associates in Ayer until he founded S.J. Mullaney Engineering, Inc. in 2004. During that time he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce in Fitchburg.
