With Gratitude to the Family of Janet Cobb

St. Mary’s Parish extends our heartfelt gratitude to Danny Cobb and his children (Danny & Lindsey) for their most generous gift to St. Mary’s Church in memory of their beloved wife and mother, Janet Cobb, who died this past November. Their carefully designed landscape renovation of the gardens in front of the church is now underway. Two dogwood trees and new plantings will be added to the gardens over the coming weeks, offering a renewed and pleasant welcome to all those entering the church or walking by on Main Street. In addition to offering her time as a hard-working volunteer at St. Mary School while her children were students there, Janet also served as a Greeter at the 9:00 am Mass on Sunday mornings. Her warm, welcoming smile and conversations with parishioners and visitors entering St. Mary’s Church are well remembered by so many.
