Surprise Car Parade

THANK YOU to the hundreds of parishioners who joined us yesterday in our surprise car parade for Msgr. Mike and Fr. Javier. Thank you to Beth Duncan who thought up this wonderful idea. A continuous 40 minute stream of cars, that at times backed up to 140, flowed into the parking lot. Parishioners in decorated cars honked their horns, held up signs, and waved from the windows and sunroofs of their cars. It was amazing to see the love and support for Msgr. Mike and Fr. Javier. It was truly a lift for all of us and another indication of how blessed we all are to be a part of this incredible faith community. Here are just a few photos of the afternoon.
