Dear Parishioners of St. Mary’s,
The 2025 Partners in Charity Appeal is now underway in parishes throughout the Diocese of Worcester. I invite all the parishioners of St. Mary’s to join me in making a generous gift/pledge to this important annual appeal.
Partners in Charity makes possible many programs and ministries that our parish alone could not provide. These ministries serve tens of thousands of people in Worcester County, from families in our parishes to those on the fringe of society. Your continued generosity or first-time gift to this appeal is a compassionate sign of your own desire to face the needs of so many and to help them bear the struggles they are facing.
As you consider your gift to the 2025 Appeal, I ask you to watch the Appeal video below. Brochures are available by the bulletins, and those who made a gift last year have already received an appeal letter and envelope in the mail.
Our In-Pew collection will take place at the Masses on March 29-30, 2025. Appeal envelopes can be returned by mail to the Partners in Charity Office or in our Sunday offertory collection. You can also make your donation securely online and note your parish so that it is counted towards our goal. You can even make your gift from a smartphone by texting DONATE to 84576.
Thank-you to those who have already made a gift to this year’s appeal as we work together to reach our parish goal of $180,500.
May God continue to bless our parish of St. Mary’s as we seek to "Share the gift of Hope. God bless.
Msgr. Michael Rose
Partners in Charity encompasses three specific areas in our Diocese: Charity, Education and Ministry. Tens of thousands of people who are served and taught by ministries and agencies supported by Partners in Charity know that the power of Christ is behind the programs that help them.
Children in parish religious education classes and Catholic schools have their eyes, hearts and minds opened to Christ. Young men receive Christ's call to serve and those who have dedicated their lives in service of the priesthood are cared for in their retirement years. Through Catholic Charities and other agencies, families and individuals have their basic needs met in a safe, welcoming and confidential environment.
