For the St. Mary's Festival to be successful we need hundreds of volunteers to do a little bit of everything before, during, and after. THANK YOU to all who have volunteered so far!

Children's Game Booths | Volunteers manage a game booth, taking tickets and explaining rules to players. Game rules will be provided. | Volunteer |

Inflatables | Volunteers will take tickets, ensure children have removed their shoes, and safely help them on and off the inflatable. Grade 9 and up Only. | Volunteer |

Outdoor Food Court | Volunteers will prepare and serve food (Hot dogs, hamburgers, cotton candy, popcorn, etc.) and drinks and receive and process all payment methods. | Volunteer |
Information Booth and Ticket Sales | Volunteers working at the information desk will sell tickets and wristbands and are available to answer questions - volunteers will be provided with all relevant information. Volunteers will also be in charge of keeping track of lost and found items. The Information Booth will also be where lost children are brought to meet their parents. MUST BE OVER AGE 18 TO VOLUNTEER. | Volunteer |
Irish Pub Bartender | Volunteers assist with pouring of beverages and receive and process all payment methods. Will also help with set-up of pub on first shift. YOU MUST BE A PARISHIONER WHO IS 21 OR OLDER TO VOLUNTEER. On Saturday night we will hold our annual Pub Quiz and in addition to bartenders we will also need servers. |

Coffee & Bake Table | Volunteers package and sell baked good donations and coffee. We also need assistance setting up and taking down the Bake Table each day by carrying the baked goods in and out of the Pastoral Center. Separate volunteer spots are below, but If you are registering for the Bake Table consider coming 30 minutes early or staying an extra 30 minutes to help with this! THANK YOU. | Volunteer |
Basket Raffle Table | Volunteers will sell tickets in the Basket Raffle tent and answer questions related to basket items. Descriptions of baskets will be available. | Volunteer |
Grand Raffle Ticket Sales | Volunteers will work in the Grand Raffle Ticket tent to promote and sell tickets. Volunteers will receive and process all payment methods. | Volunteer |
Over 21 Games | Volunteers will assist with games under the big tent that are for those 21 and over! MUST BE AT LEAST 21 TO VOLUNTEER. | Volunteer |
Pub Quiz Scorers | Help out at the Pub Quiz by scoring teams responses. This is a fast paced activity! | Volunteer |
Festival Maintenance | Working to ensure that our festival remains a clean and safe environment. Volunteers will be responsible for emptying trash barrels and other various and other tasks. This position requires that you are able to lift heavy objects! | Volunteer |
